1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are intended to define the terms and conditions of booking and stay at MH Hotel & Spa, made via the Elloha online booking platform.

Any reservation implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions as well as the specific conditions of the reserved rate.


2. Capacity to contract

The client acknowledges having the legal capacity to contract, being of legal age and acting for personal purposes not related to a professional activity.


3. Reservation

The booking is made online via the Elloha platform.
The customer selects the services offered and acknowledges having read their nature, their destination and the applicable terms and conditions of sale.

The reservation is considered firm and final at the end of the booking process.


4. Rates and taxes

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), per room and for the selected dates.

Tourist tax, if applicable, is payable on site.

Depending on the period and availability, the establishment may offer different types of rates, including a flexible rate and a non-refundable rate, with specific conditions detailed at the time of booking.


5. Payment terms

The customer's bank details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation.

No amount is charged at the time of booking for rates not subject to prepayment.

Payment for the stay is made directly to the establishment on site, except for special conditions related to the reserved rate.


6. Cancellation, modification and no-show conditions

6.1. Non-refundable fee

When this rate is offered, reservations made at the non-refundable rate cannot be modified or cancelled.

The sums paid at the time of booking constitute a deposit and are non-refundable.


6.2. Flexible pricing

For flexible rate bookings, cancellation is free up to 2 days before the arrival date at 12:00pm.

After this period, or in the event of no-show by the client on the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the amount of the first night will be charged as compensation.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal for accommodation services.


7. Hotel stay

Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

An identity document may be requested upon arrival.

MH Hotel & Spa is an establishment exclusively reserved for adults.

In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises, the relaxing atmosphere and the comfort of all our guests, the hotel only accepts people aged 18 years or older on the day of arrival.

Consequently, reservations including minors, even if accompanied by a legal representative, cannot be accepted.

In the event of non-compliance with this condition, the establishment reserves the right to refuse access to the hotel without any compensation being payable.

Any inappropriate behavior or behavior contrary to the rules of the establishment may result in exclusion without refund.


8. Responsibility

The establishment declines all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to the client's personal belongings during the stay.

The photographs and descriptions on the website are not contractual.

The establishment cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or improper execution of the reservation in the event of force majeure, due to the client or a third party.


9. Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for the management of reservations and is processed in accordance with the regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data.


10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use a consumer mediation system free of charge in order to resolve amicably any dispute between him and the establishment.
